If your movement feels restricted, you are dealing with nagging physical discomfort, or you simply want to enjoy movement more, I want to help you achieve find more freedom in your body.

The training methods I use are efficient, effective, and fun — which makes it easier to train consistently.

I’ve practiced and trained movement in a variety of ways for more than 20 years. From my early days on a skateboard to a decade-long passion for rock climbing, movement is a pillar of my life. My training services use proven methods to improve flexibility, strength, and motor control in a safe, sustainable way.

Certified Trainer

I began using GMB training methods in 2018, starting with their Elements program. After just one round through the program, I noticed clear results. Lingering aches and discomfort in my right hip and right shoulder diminished, and eventually went away altogether. Stiffness in my body eased and my mobility improved significantly. Movement became more fluid, free, and intuitive.

In 2024, I completed a 5-month Apprenticeship Program with GMB to become a certified GMB trainer. I am currently focused on sharing GMB’s proven training methods with others, so they can move with more strength, ease, and control.

  • The answer to this question depends on your goals and where you are starting from. For most people, GMB’s Elements program is the best place to start because it teaches foundational movements and skills.

    The Elements program is designed to be accessible for beginners and helps people build up to more challenging movements in a systematic, safe way. Think of it as GMB’s core curriculum.

    Elements also helps people practice auto-regulation, an essential skill for sustainable training. Auto-regulation helps people learn how to gauge and adjust their training effort, so they can continue to train at a level that’s good for them during each session.
